Business plan day
This is a whole day where we work with a small group of students, selected by you, to run the bar.
Together we work through the marketing, operations and financial plans to ensure the students have the information and confidence to run a bar. At this stage they discover which of them has the best understanding and greatest desire to be on the management team.
