Part 3
I am only 15 years old and I have been running the Smoothie Bar for a year and a half now, but I believe that I now have a little taste on how to run a small business and manage and communicate with a group of people. This project is a great thing for students to take part in. It gives us a sample of how to handle sales figures, how to market products and advertise, building a business up from scratch and how to work under pressure etc. My aim in life is to be a successful head chef and I believe that this project has helped me move one step closer to my dream.
